Should we throw away all the clutter before calling?
NO! This could be a huge mistake. We will help you go through the entire estate and identify items that may have hidden value. Many people unknowingly throw away “junk” that may hold significant value to a collector. Let us help you find those diamonds in the rough.

Should we get rid of the “little stuff” that has no real value, such as cleaning supplies, linens, jars of nails and screws, etc?
You may do this if you wish, but remember, even the low dollar items add up and will help you walk away with more profit from your sale. 100 x 50 cents is $50.00!

Myself and or family members may want to keep some items. How should we handle this?
Please remove all items you do not wish to sell prior to our first consultation. This will allow us to provide the most accurate assessment of the entire estate. If there are items you wish to keep but cannot remove, these will be relocated to a specific room and marked not for sale.

How much do you charge?
Our initial consultation is free, then our fee ranges from 30% to 50%, depending upon the amount of labor involved in the sale.

How do you advertise? We use a wide range of advertising in order to reach the widest possible audience. We use networking with our existing connections, then reach out with a combination of signs, print and online marketing, including everything from the local paper to Twitter, Craigslist and Facebook. We also utilize our own email subscription list.

What is not included?
Trash haul-away. Removal or disposal of unsold items. We can provide these services, but they are not included in our standard fee. These services can be added for very reasonable fees and will be discussed during the formation of an agreement.

What other services do you offer?
We offer a range of different services, including, online selling, and our tag sales. What we don’t do, we will find someone who does! We work closely with fantastic Realtors, licensed appraisers, auction houses, and estate lawyers.
